1.First,you need to unlock your bootloader.Then download MIUI Fastboot for your device,MiFlash and Android driver.

2.Install 9008Driver.exe

3.Extract other two files

Note that MIUI may need to be extracted twice to get the needed files (source file is tgz, unzip tgz to get tar, unzip tar to get the needed files)

4.Launch Miflash after extracted

If the driver installation window pops up, click Install and just wait a minute.

5.Then copy the path of MIUI Fastboot which you just extracted and paste to MiFlash

6.Power off your phone,hold power key and Volume down key to boot your phone into fastboot

7.Click “Refresh”，You can see that the device has been detected correctly, if not you can try to restart the computer

Here are three modes

Clean all:Flash system and factory reset, which is the more common and recommended method

Save user data:Recommended for flashing the same version or for minor version upgrades

Clean all and lock:Flash system, factory reset and lock the bootloader

8.Here we take “Clean all” as an example, select “Clean all” and click “flash”.

At this point we just need to be patient and wait, after flashing is complete, the device will reboot automatically

If you encounter this, just ignore it.
